The promoter of the program reserves the right to change the rules, cancel the AVANGARDIA KLUB Program and revoke the benefit program. All changes are publicly announced on the internet portal www.avangardia.rs and in the AVANGARDIA mobile application and are valid from the date of such announcement. If the user uses the program after the published changes, it means that he agrees with them.
The Program Promoter reserves the right to award, change and cancel additional credits and benefits at its sole discretion.
2. PERSONAL DATA
Any natural person can participate in the AVANGARDIA CLUB benefits program, provided that they are over 18 years old and that K...G...FASHION doo. or via the internet portal www.avangardia.rs or the mobile application, attach the mandatory personal data: name, surname, residential address, country of residence, gender, mobile phone number and at the same time allow the company K...G...FASHION doo, as the operator of the database data, processing of his personal data and data about his purchases at the points of sale included in the K...G...FASHION program in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 97/2008, 104/2009 - other laws, 68/2012 - decision US and 107/2012) in the manner described in point 5.1.
2.1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The user of the AVANGARDIA KLUB Program can check all data specified on the access statement and can process them electronically (change, delete, etc.)
In addition to the data that the benefit program user provides when filling out the access statement, or during other registration procedures in the benefit program, the following data is collected by the operator during the purchase - all data from the receipt block (account): company and point of sale where the member made the purchase , purchase time, invoice number, place of purchase, date, product barcode, product name, discount, product quantity, price, VAT, value of goods, invoice amount, payment method and seller.
The barcode (code), which is listed on the paragon block, determines the purchased product in more detail, and based on it, data such as: type of product or service, product group, product size, product color, product brand, etc. can be collected. These data are used to analyze customer habits and to derive indicators that K...G...FASHION d.o.o. help to determine the profile of an individual member and enable a personalized offer.
The data processed by the operator for the analysis of customer habits and the performance of indicators include the following data: the most favorite point of sale (in terms of turnover), the most frequently visited point of sale (in terms of the number of purchases made), the most favorite brand (in terms of traffic), the most frequently purchased brand, the day of the last purchase and the point of sale where that purchase was made, how many times on average the user of the program purchases from the company K...G...FASHION doo (in the previous year), what is the average discount, that is, an indicator which tells whether the customer prefers to buy during a promotion or during a regular offer, the most successful commercial channel (at
which customer responds), turnover in the current and last year, date of application, distribution of purchases (at how many different points of sale) and other types of personal data.
The provision of data is voluntary, as is the user's participation in the AVANGARDIA benefits program.
A member of the AVANGARDIA CLUB benefits program can at any time, in writing or in another agreed way, request that the personal data handler, permanently or temporarily, stop using his e-mail or telephone number for the purpose of direct marketing or unsubscribe from it
3. BENEFITS PROGRAM:
REWARD MODEL
The AVANGARDIA Club benefit program works on the principle of summing up the value of all purchases. Every regular purchase is entered into the computer system. When a member of the Convenience Club reaches a higher credit rating than the current one with his purchases in one credit year, the amount of the discount is calculated for him in accordance with the current table of credit ratings of the AVANGARDIA Club. When the cardholder reaches a higher credit rating through purchases, a new amount of discount is credited to the entire value of the next purchase, which is stored on the card until he reaches a higher credit rating.
The credit period in which the holder accumulates the values of purchases and thus applies for reaching a higher credit rating is limited to one year, from January 1 of the current year to January 1 of the following year.
In the new calendar year, the total value of purchases is reset to 0;
The credit rating class reached by the cardholder at the end of the calendar year is carried over to the next year. Therefore, the discount at the beginning from January 1 of the current year until the end of December 31 of the same year depends on the amount of purchases made by the cardholder in the same period of the previous year, and the discount can be higher if the cardholder exceeds the total value of purchases in the current year from and reaches a higher credit rating.
Regardless of the above provision, the company K...G...FASHION doo, Čačak, Bulevar Oslobođenja 41, Serbia reserves the right to assign additional credit ratings to some individuals at its own discretion.

4. TERMS OF USE OF THE AVANGARDIA PROGRAM BENEFITS PROGRAM
OTHER BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM
In addition to the basic model of collecting points based on consumption in the sales channel, the program operator also offers users the opportunity to collect AVANGARDIA credit in another way, by participating in certain promotional activities, actions or by filling out certain forms, participating in surveys, etc. The promoter has the right to arbitrarily determine the number of points with which he will reward the user in connection with the mentioned activities.
Before paying for the goods, it is necessary at the checkout:
Subsequent registration of the purchase is not possible, and it is also not possible to use discounts or other benefits later.
DISCOUNTS BASED ON CREDIT CLASSES ARE NOT VALID during seasonal sales, as well as for products that are already on promotions and discounts.
Discounts are not cumulative. The value of the purchased, discounted products is added to the purchase amount on the card. In case of technical problems or force majeure that prevent the operation of computer systems, the credit system does not work and then it is not possible to use the benefits of the program

5. CHANGE OF DATA
The member can change personal data both in the mobile application and on the internet portal within his personal profile.
6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
in the AVANGARDIA Program is valid until revoked by the publisher or until receiving a statement from the holder in accordance with point 5.1. or from the moment of sending the Membership unsubscribe SMS message. The user of the AVANGARDIA Program benefits can at any time, by written statement, sent by mail to the publisher's headquarters specified in the previous point, or by electronic mail to the e-mail address:, request that the company K...G...FASHION doo, Čačak, Bulevar Oslobođenja 41, Serbia, stop using the data in the ways and for the purposes stated in that statement and thus withdraw from the AVANGARDIA KLUB Program and renounce the ownership of the benefits card and all benefits arising from it.
Despite the termination of the membership, the personal data controller may keep some data about the individual for a maximum of 10 years (general limitation period) after the termination of the membership..
